QHSE Culture on the Ground: Diagnose, Engage Managers and Embed

Two days to move from QHSE awareness campaigns to practices genuinely owned by teams

The rules exist and the training has been delivered, yet gaps in practice persist. Awareness campaigns hold for a few weeks. Managers pass on instructions without believing in them and teams report less and less. Senior leadership sees indicators plateau without understanding what is blocking progress.

These 14 hours are designed for those already leading a QHSE approach who want to change its gear. Participants learn to diagnose the gap between written rules and actual practice, to make the frontline manager the primary lever and to install rituals that last. Each builds an annual engagement plan together with its practice indicators.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
