The dashboard grows longer with every new request. Indicators are numerous, calculation methods vary depending on who produces them, and none prompts a decision when it moves. Data is collected manually at quarter end, then presented without a baseline or a target.

This one-hour module addresses the selection and construction of indicators. Participants move from a priority issue to a usable measure, draft the indicator sheet that makes the calculation reproducible, and build a dashboard that senior management can read.

Before the programme

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
