Description
CSR: Understanding the Issues, Positioning Your Organisation and Launching First Actions
Move beyond general principles and identify the responsibility actions that genuinely serve your organisation
- 1 day — 7 h
- In-person or virtual
- All levels
- Up to 6 participants
Corporate social responsibility appears in corporate messaging and in tender documents, yet few people agree on what it actually covers. Teams confuse a structured CSR approach with occasional environmental initiatives. Client requirements keep increasing while the organisation struggles to describe what it already does.
This one-day virtual programme provides the reference points and the first practical step. Participants discover what the approach really involves and the main frameworks behind it, learn to position their organisation in relation to its stakeholders, identify the topics where their activity has the greatest impact, and leave with concrete actions ready to be launched.
Learning objectives
- Define what a corporate social responsibility approach covers and its different dimensions
- Position the main frameworks and reference standards used by organisations
- Identify your organisation's stakeholders and their expectations
- Pinpoint the topics where your activity has the greatest impact
- List the practices already in place and give them visibility
- Select initial actions that can realistically be delivered in the short term
