Description
CSR Approach: Mobilising, Training and Sustainably Engaging Employees
Turning a published CSR policy into practices that teams genuinely apply day to day
- 1 day — 7 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
The roadmap is approved and the commitments are published, yet employees do not recognise themselves in them: CSR is still seen as a file owned by senior management, with no visible link to everyday work. Initiatives lose momentum once the launch event is over and the indicators stagnate.
This one-day programme focuses on internal engagement rather than on building the strategy itself. It covers how to diagnose genuine buy-in, how to select mobilisation formats suited to different job families, and how to embed the approach in management practices while measuring progress.
Learning objectives
- Diagnose the level of buy-in and the specific barriers of each employee population
- Translate roadmap commitments into concrete professional behaviours
- Select mobilisation formats suited to job families and field constraints
- Structure a network of ambassadors and define its mandate
- Embed CSR objectives in management practices and team routines
- Measure progress in engagement and sustain momentum over time
