Description

CSR Projects: Framing the Approach, Engaging Stakeholders and Measuring Results

Move corporate social responsibility from stated ambition to a project with clear objectives and named owners

  • 0.75 days — 5.25 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • All levels
  • Up to 6 participants

The corporate social responsibility approach exists on paper but makes no progress. Commitments remain broad, no owner is appointed within the business functions and the actions taken are not linked to any indicator. Teams question how genuine the approach really is, while external stakeholders ask increasingly precise questions.

These five hours of virtual training turn intention into a project. Participants carry out a baseline review, prioritise material issues, define objectives with owners and deadlines, organise internal consultation and prepare communication that is measured and verifiable.

Learning objectives

  • Carry out a baseline review of the organisation's existing practices
  • Prioritise corporate social responsibility issues in relation to the business activity
  • Define objectives with indicators, owners and deadlines
  • Organise consultation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build verifiable communication on the actions undertaken

What makes this programme different
