Climate has found its way onto executive agendas without everyone sharing the same reference points. Terms such as neutrality and offsetting circulate without an agreed definition. Action plans then narrow down to symbolic gestures while the structural trade-offs stay outside the discussion.

This one-day programme sets out the physical mechanisms of climate change and the orders of magnitude needed to reason soundly. It then shows how an organisation identifies its heaviest emission sources and separates the levers that genuinely shift the curve from those that amount to presentation. Each participant leaves with a prioritised list of actions.

Before the programme

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
