Description
Managing the HR Function: Organising Activity, Setting Priorities and Reporting
Cover the full scope of HR responsibilities without spreading yourself thin and organise your activity around genuine priorities
- 4 days — 28 h
- In-person or virtual
- All levels
- Up to 6 participants
The HR function covers personnel administration, recruitment, learning, compensation, employee relations and advisory support to managers. In organisations where one or two people carry the entire scope, urgency takes over and whole subjects are never addressed for lack of time and method.
Four days to define the boundaries of each HR responsibility, identify what must be secured first and organise your activity accordingly. The programme closes with a personal roadmap covering one quarter.
Learning objectives
- Define the boundaries of each HR responsibility
- Identify the obligations to be secured as a priority
- Organise the annual HR and employee relations calendar
- Build simple and reusable processes
- Balance manager requests against management priorities
- Build an HR roadmap covering one quarter
