Description

Everyday Cybersecurity Reflexes: Spot, React and Protect Your Data

Give every employee the simple habits that close the door on intrusion attempts

  • 0.43 days — 3 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Corporate email remains the preferred entry point for attackers. One credible message, one attachment opened without a verification reflex, and the workstation is compromised. Security instructions often exist, but they remain abstract and employees do not know what to do in the minutes that follow a suspicion.

This three-hour virtual session focuses on habits that can be applied immediately. Participants analyse genuine fraudulent messages, review the settings on their own device, apply password and multi-factor authentication rules, then work on the correct course of action in the event of an incident.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the main techniques used to compromise a workstation
  • Recognise a fraudulent message from verifiable indicators
  • Apply the rules for password management and multi-factor authentication
  • Secure your practices while travelling and working remotely
  • React and raise the alert in the event of a doubt or a confirmed incident

What makes this programme different

Participants analyse genuine fraudulent messages and identify the indicators one by one
Every rule presented is applied immediately on the participant's own device
The session closes with the correct course of action in the first minutes of an incident
