Description

Visual Generative AI: Briefing, Producing and Refining Images and Videos

Two days to produce visuals and short videos without starting from a blank page

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

The visuals for the next campaign are due the following week. The budget allows neither a photo shoot nor a video production. Early attempts with an image generator return approximate results because the brief remains vague and the style changes with every try.

These 14 hours focus on producing visuals and short videos with the support of generative AI. Participants learn to write a precise prompt, to develop an image through successive edits and to maintain a consistent style across a series. Short-form video generation is covered, together with rights and disclosure considerations.

Learning objectives

  • Write a generation prompt describing the subject, the framing and the style
  • Develop a generated visual through successive edits and variations
  • Maintain a consistent style across a series of visuals
  • Produce a short video from a visual or a text
  • Identify the precautions to observe regarding rights and disclosure
