Description
AI for Communication Level 2: Industrialise, Supervise and Assess Usage
Move from individual experiments to governed, repeatable AI practices within the communication team
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
After an initial hands-on phase, communication teams run into the same limits: uneven results from one person to another, a tone that does not sound like the brand, duplicated work between colleagues and uncertainty about what can actually be published.
These two intermediate-level days focus on establishing sustainable practices: shared prompt libraries, content production chains, editorial control before publication and internal ground rules. Exercises are based on the department's own real deliverables.
Learning objectives
- Design reusable prompts aligned with the organisation's tone of voice
- Chain several production steps on a single piece of content
- Control the quality and factual accuracy of generated content
- Define internal usage rules for the communication team
- Measure the gains achieved on a given type of deliverable
