Description

AI for Communication Level 2: Industrialise, Supervise and Assess Usage

Move from individual experiments to governed, repeatable AI practices within the communication team

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

After an initial hands-on phase, communication teams run into the same limits: uneven results from one person to another, a tone that does not sound like the brand, duplicated work between colleagues and uncertainty about what can actually be published.

These two intermediate-level days focus on establishing sustainable practices: shared prompt libraries, content production chains, editorial control before publication and internal ground rules. Exercises are based on the department's own real deliverables.

Learning objectives

  • Design reusable prompts aligned with the organisation's tone of voice
  • Chain several production steps on a single piece of content
  • Control the quality and factual accuracy of generated content
  • Define internal usage rules for the communication team
  • Measure the gains achieved on a given type of deliverable

What makes this programme different

Creation of a prompt library that participants can share with their own team
A dedicated sequence on editorial control and fact-checking before publication
Comparison of several production chains applied to the same deliverable

Programme

1Structuring your prompts

Prompt library and brand tone

  • Analyse the limits of improvised prompts
  • Document the organisation's tone of voice and editorial reference points
  • Build prompts that can be reused by the whole team
  • Organise the sharing and updating of the library

2Chaining production steps

Production workflows

  • Break a deliverable down into successive steps
  • Chain briefing, writing and channel-specific adaptation
  • Reuse the same content across several formats
  • Identify the steps that must remain human work

3Controlling quality

Proofreading, verification and risks

  • Verify the information and claims produced
  • Correct deviations from the brand tone of voice
  • Identify content unfit for publication
  • Set up a two-level review process

4Setting the ground rules within the team

Rules, roles and assessment

  • Define authorised and excluded uses within the department
  • Clarify what may be entrusted to the tools depending on the data handled
  • Support colleagues at a less advanced stage
  • Measure the gains achieved on a given type of deliverable
