Description
Psychological Type Profiling: Identifying Your Preferences, Reading Others and Adjusting Your Interactions
Understanding how your natural preferences shape the way you decide and interact
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Within a team, some people decide quickly while others still want more information. The first group finds the second slow; the second considers the first hasty. These gaps are not a matter of ill will but of working preferences that are rarely made explicit.
This 14-hour in-person programme draws on the psychological type approach and its four dimensions. Each participant identifies their profile through a questionnaire followed by an individual validation session. The second day focuses on the effects of these differences on communication and cooperation.
Learning objectives
- Position your profile across the four preference dimensions
- Distinguish a natural preference from a behaviour learned at work
- Identify clues to another person's working style during an exchange
- Adapt the way you present information to the profile in front of you
- Identify recurring tensions between opposing profiles within a team
