Description

Enneagram: Identifying the Nine Types, Understanding Core Drivers and Improving Working Relationships

Look beyond behaviour to the motivations that explain recurring relational tensions

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Two colleagues adopt exactly the same behaviour for entirely different reasons. One is seeking to avoid conflict, the other to retain control. As long as we stop at visible behaviour, the same misunderstandings return and repeated explanations change nothing.

This 14-hour programme draws on a nine-type approach centred on deep motivations rather than observable behaviours. Participants explore their own type, how it operates under stress and how it relates to the other types. The two days are built around first-hand accounts, small-group discussion and role-play exercises.

Learning objectives

  • Describe the nine types and the motivations that distinguish them
  • Identify your own core type from lived situations
  • Recognise your habitual reactions under stress
  • Distinguish observed behaviour from the motivation that produces it
  • Adjust the way you approach someone according to what motivates them

What makes this programme different

Panels of first-hand accounts giving each type a voice
Individual self-identification work spread across both days
An explicit contrast with approaches focused on visible behaviours
