Description
Six Personal Development Tools: Discover, Practise and Apply
Four days to test six personal development tools and keep only those that genuinely support your day-to-day work
- 4 days — 28 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Personal development approaches are numerous and are most often presented in isolation. It is difficult to know which one answers your current situation: managing internal tension, clarifying priorities, listening better or expressing things more clearly. Many professionals accumulate reading without ever establishing a regular practice.
This 28-hour programme puts six complementary tools into practice over four days. Each one is presented, tested on real situations, then assessed by the participant against their own context. By the end of the programme, each participant retains two or three tools and defines how to use them as soon as they return to their role.
Learning objectives
- Test six personal development tools on real workplace situations
- Identify the tools suited to your own professional context
- Apply an active listening framework in a one-to-one conversation
- Formulate a clear request using a structured template
- Regulate an emotional reaction through a simple breathing technique
- Plan the integration of two tools into your daily practice
