Description

Positive Cooperation: Building Trust, Supporting Each Other and Deciding Together

One day to turn side-by-side task delivery into genuine collective work

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

A team can work side by side without ever cooperating. Everyone defends their own scope, information circulates poorly and mutual support depends on personal affinities. A colleague's difficulties remain invisible until the moment they weigh on the whole team.

This 7-hour programme addresses the practical conditions of cooperation within a team. Participants examine what builds trust, identify the ways of working that make mutual support easier, and practise both asking for help and offering it. The day closes with the drafting of ground rules that can be applied immediately in their own team.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the concrete obstacles to cooperation within your team
  • Recognise the behaviours that build trust day to day
  • Formulate a request for help without experiencing it as an admission of weakness
  • Offer support to a colleague without taking over their work
  • Define shared ground rules for the team

What makes this programme different

A cooperation diagnosis based on how participants actually work together
Practice in asking for help, a skill often missing from team habits
Ground rules drafted and adopted before the end of the day
