Description

MBTI: Identify Your Type, Understand Others and Adjust Your Practices

Three days to identify your personality type and turn it into concrete adjustments at work

  • 3 days — 21 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Two capable colleagues may approach the same task in opposite ways: one wants to decide quickly while the other wants to explore the options; one reasons through criteria while the other looks at the impact on people. Without a shared framework, these differences are read as bad will and fuel lasting tension.

This 21-hour intermediate programme is built on the MBTI psychological type indicator. Over three days, each participant identifies and then validates their type, measures the effect of their preferences on communication, decision-making and their relationship with time, and works on the adjustments needed when dealing with profiles different from their own.

Learning objectives

  • Position your preferences across the four dimensions of the indicator
  • Validate your type through the analysis of real situations you have experienced
  • Explain the effect of your preferences on your communication and your decisions
  • Identify a counterpart's dominant preferences from observable facts
  • Adapt the way you work with a profile opposite to your own

What makes this programme different

The type is validated by the participant rather than assigned by a questionnaire alone
Sub-group workshops deliberately bringing together opposite preferences
An adjustment sheet written for two specifically identified colleagues
