Generative AI tools have become part of everyday work. A significant share of writing and analysis can now be delegated in seconds. The risk lies less in the tool than in the erosion of vigilance. Outputs are accepted without verification. Judgement calls are handed over. The professional's own contribution gradually becomes unclear.

This 7-hour programme is designed for users who already have hands-on experience. It focuses not on the tools themselves but on what remains distinctly human: framing a clear intention, then assessing an output, then owning the decision that follows. Participants work on their real-world use cases and define their own decision rules.

Regular hands-on use of at least one generative AI tool in a professional setting.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
