Description
Leadership and Self-Awareness: Clarify, Own and Embody Your Style
Three days to identify your leadership style and exercise it without copying a model that is not your own
- 3 days — 21 h
- In-person or virtual
- All levels
- Up to 6 participants
Many managers try to resemble a leadership figure they admire and lose credibility because the stance rings false. Others exert real influence without claiming it and hesitate to make the call. In both cases the team senses uncertainty about what the manager expects and what the manager stands for.
This 21-hour programme starts from self-awareness in order to build a leadership stance that can be sustained. Over three days participants clarify their values, identify their dominant style and its effects, work on the way they decide and mobilise, then define the adjustments to make with their team members.

- Identify your dominant leadership style and its effects on the team
- Adapt your style to the level of autonomy of your team members
