Description
AI Assistants: Framing Needs, Writing Instructions and Ensuring Reliable Use
Build assistants designed around your own tasks instead of rewriting the same request every single day
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Conversational assistants are now available to everyone, yet their use often remains limited to one-off requests reformulated from scratch each time. Results vary from one session to the next, the organisation's own terminology is not picked up, and the documents produced require as much correction as if they had been written directly.
Two days to identify the tasks that genuinely lend themselves to assistance, write stable and reusable instructions, build specialised assistants supported by your own reference documents, and set the verification and confidentiality rules that must go with them.
Learning objectives
- Identify the tasks in your role that are suited to automated assistance
- Write a structured instruction specifying role, context, format and constraints
- Build a reusable assistant based on your own reference documents
- Review and correct a generated output before any professional use
- Apply confidentiality rules relating to the data entered
