Description
AI in Daily Work: Delegating Repetitive Tasks, Writing Faster and Saving Time
Hand over to AI what consumes your time, without handing over what carries your responsibility
- 1 day — 7 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Artificial intelligence tools are now available to everyone, yet their use often stops at a few scattered attempts. Without a method, correcting the output takes as long as doing the work yourself, and the question of which data may be shared remains unclear.
One day to establish useful and sustainable practices: sorting the tasks that can be delegated, obtaining usable results for writing and summarising, checking what is produced and respecting confidentiality rules. Each participant leaves with two or three use cases selected from their own work and an estimate of the time saved.
Learning objectives
- Sort recurring tasks according to what can be delegated to AI
- Obtain a usable result on a writing or summarising task
- Verify the information produced before any use
- Identify the data that must never be shared with an external tool
