Description
Generative AI: Understanding Use Cases, Framing Requests and Setting Limits
A short programme to pinpoint what generative AI can do in your role and what it must never be used for
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Generative artificial intelligence is spreading through departments without any shared rules of use. Some colleagues use it every day, others mistrust it entirely, and few know which information may legitimately be entered into such tools. Practices develop case by case, with uneven results and poorly identified risks.
A short programme, delivered in-person or virtually, to establish common ground. You will understand what a generative assistant actually does and where its errors come from. You will identify the tasks in your own role where it delivers genuine time savings. You will learn to frame a usable request and to respect your organisation's confidentiality requirements.
Learning objectives
- Explain in plain language how a generative artificial intelligence assistant works
- Identify the tasks in your role where the tool delivers genuine value
- Frame a request precise enough to obtain a usable result
- Apply the confidentiality and verification rules that apply within your organisation
