Generative artificial intelligence is spreading through departments without any shared rules of use. Some colleagues use it every day, others mistrust it entirely, and few know which information may legitimately be entered into such tools. Practices develop case by case, with uneven results and poorly identified risks.

A short programme, delivered in-person or virtually, to establish common ground. You will understand what a generative assistant actually does and where its errors come from. You will identify the tasks in your own role where it delivers genuine time savings. You will learn to frame a usable request and to respect your organisation's confidentiality requirements.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
