Description

Accounting Managers’ Club: Updating, Benchmarking and Developing Your Practices

Benchmark your accounting organisation against other companies and against current developments

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • All levels
  • Up to 6 participants

Accounting managers often decide alone on a wide range of matters: regulatory and reporting developments, closing organisation, automation of processing, recruitment and retention of team members. Peer-to-peer exchange is rarely available, even though most of the difficulties encountered are shared elsewhere.

Two hours of structured discussion on current developments affecting the accounting function and its organisation. The short format alternates between update briefings and shared practice between managers, and does not examine one particular standard as a technical session would.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the accounting and regulatory developments of the period
  • Benchmark your closing organisation against other practices
  • Assess the benefits and the limits of process automation
  • Identify the levers for retaining accounting teams
  • Prioritise the initiatives to launch within your department
