Description
AI and KPIs: Analysing Indicators, Spotting Signals and Anticipating Trends
Use AI to analyse your indicators and identify turning points before they become visible
- 1 day — 7 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Dashboards accumulate while their interpretation remains entirely manual. A decline is noticed long after it began, a variation is explained by the first available hypothesis, and forecasts often amount to little more than extending past trends.
This one-day virtual programme is designed for professionals who already produce or work with performance indicators. It shows how to query a dataset in natural language, surface correlations and trend breaks, build a well-argued projection and comment on a dashboard. The statistical limitations of such analyses are addressed throughout.
Learning objectives
- Prepare a dataset suitable for AI-assisted analysis
- Query your indicators in natural language to test hypotheses
- Detect trend breaks and outliers
- Build a projection and make its underlying assumptions explicit
- Write an AI-assisted dashboard commentary
- Identify conclusions that are not statistically sound
