Description

AI and No-Code: Mapping Your Tasks, Automating and Securing Your Workflows

Connect your marketing tools and hand repetitive tasks over to AI without writing a single line of code

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Marketing teams spend a considerable amount of time copying data between a form, a spreadsheet, an emailing platform and a customer file. Follow-ups are lost, databases drift apart and content production remains largely manual. No-code solutions and generative models promise to solve this, but improvised scenarios quickly become unmanageable.

One day to map your repetitive tasks, build automations that connect your tools and insert calls to a generative model. Each participant leaves with at least one scenario documented and tested on their own data.

Learning objectives

  • Map repetitive marketing tasks and estimate the time they consume
  • Choose between manual handling, a no-code automation and a call to a generative model
  • Build a scenario connecting form, spreadsheet, emailing tool and customer file
  • Write reliable instructions for the steps delegated to AI
  • Test, handle errors and document a scenario before putting it live

What makes this programme different

Each participant leaves with a scenario running on their own tools
Automation failures are triggered in the session and then fixed
A scenario documentation sheet is completed so a colleague can take over

Programme

1Mapping Before Automating

Knowing what is worth automating

  • Listing repetitive tasks and their frequency
  • Identifying breaks between tools and duplicate data entry
  • Distinguishing what can be automated from what requires a decision
  • Estimating the expected gain and the risk of error

2Building Your Scenarios Without Code

Connecting tools to one another

  • Understanding triggers, actions and conditions
  • Connecting a form, a spreadsheet and an emailing tool
  • Inserting a call to a generative model within a step
  • Managing duplicates and incomplete data
  • Testing step by step before going live

3Making It Reliable and Sustainable

A scenario that holds up without constant monitoring

  • Handling errors and planning for recovery
  • Checking the quality of the texts produced by the model
  • Documenting the scenario for a colleague
  • Monitoring usage and costs
  • Setting limits on the use of personal data

Who is it for

Marketing executives, acquisition managers and marketing assistants who handle several tools without technical support.
