AI-Assisted Tutorials: Scripting, Producing and Validating

Seven hours to produce a genuinely useful tutorial without handing the machine what belongs to the instructional designer

Requests for short tutorials keep piling up on the trainer's desk. Each production calls for a script, screen captures, a voice-over and editing, only to deliver an asset that is viewed for a few weeks and then out of date. Generative tools promise speed but often return flat, sometimes inaccurate content with no connection to the task the user actually has to perform.

This 7-hour in-person session follows the full production chain. Participants frame the need from a real task, write a sequenced storyboard, have a generative tool produce the script, voice and visuals, then review the output before publication. Everyone leaves with a finished tutorial.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
