Description

AI Content Creation Level 2: Scaling, Controlling and Publishing

Moving from one-off experiments to regular, controlled AI-assisted content production

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

After an initial hands-on phase, many teams remain stuck at the experimentation stage: instructions rewritten from scratch every time, output that reads as generic and interchangeable, no record of what has been generated, and lingering doubts about usage rights and the confidentiality of the data being entered.

Two days of advanced practice to scale up without losing control: building reusable prompt libraries, chaining production steps, giving models your own brand reference points, then putting review and traceability in place. All exercises are based on content the participants have actually published.

Learning objectives

  • Build a library of reusable prompts by content type
  • Chain several generation steps for a single deliverable
  • Convey the brand's tone and vocabulary reference points to the model
  • Organise human review and sign-off before publication
  • Govern the data entered and the uses permitted within the team

What makes this programme different

Each participant leaves with a documented prompt library
Generated content is benchmarked against content already published by the brand
An internal usage rule is drafted collectively at the end of the session

Programme

1Advanced prompts and libraries

No longer starting from scratch

  • Structuring a prompt around role, context, constraint and format
  • Providing examples to frame the expected output
  • Versioning and documenting your prompts
  • Organising sharing across the team

2Production chains

Breaking down the work to raise quality

  • Separating research, writing and adaptation
  • Chaining text, image and format variations
  • Identifying the steps better kept manual
  • Documenting the production workflow

3Brand identity and quality

Avoiding interchangeable content

  • Describing the brand's tone and vocabulary to the model
  • Assembling a reference corpus
  • Spotting recurring phrasings that need correcting
  • Building a review checklist

4Usage framework and traceability

Working without exposing the organisation

  • Identifying the data that must never be entered
  • Clarifying rights questions on the content produced
  • Keeping a record of generated content and its approvals
  • Drafting a usage rule for the team
