Description
AI for Accounting Practices: Equipping the Firm, Strengthening Reliability and Advisory
Embedding AI into client engagements without weakening quality or professional responsibility
- 1 day — 7 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Accounting practices face a twofold pressure: compliance production is becoming commoditised while clients expect far more advisory value. AI tools promise to absorb data entry, consistency checks and part of the review work, yet their introduction raises real questions about engagement quality and professional responsibility.
This one-day programme is designed for professionals who lead or supervise a practice activity. It reviews AI use cases across the production chain, from document collection through to review, and then across advisory engagements. It closes with the integration of these tools into the firm's quality control framework.
The sessions run in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and draw on engagement contexts typical of practices operating in the UAE and the wider Gulf.
Learning objectives
- Identify the practice tasks where AI delivers genuine time savings
- Reorganise the production chain around the selected tools
- Safeguard engagement quality despite the automation of processing
- Develop advisory engagements built on client data
- Define how work is shared between team members and tools
- Embed tool usage within the firm's quality control framework
