Generative artificial intelligence tools are entering law firms and legal departments without any framework for their use. Outputs look convincing yet contain inaccurate references, client data is uploaded into consumer-grade interfaces, and no review process distinguishes what can be used from what must be rewritten.

This four-hour workshop is entirely practice-based. Participants learn to write precise instructions for clearly identified legal tasks, to verify every output systematically, to recognise the tasks where the tool adds no value, and to set rules of use that are consistent with their professional obligations.

  • Method for reviewing outputs and verifying the sources cited

  • Drafting an internal usage charter and informing the client

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
