AI use has taken root through individual initiative: one department trials an assistant, another subscribes to a tool, a third relies on a feature embedded in a business application. Nobody holds the overall picture, and it becomes impossible to answer a question from the executive team or a client about what is being used and with which data.

This short-format programme focuses on mapping: how to inventory use cases without driving them underground, how to describe them consistently, how to classify them by level of exposure and what action to take on sensitive use cases.

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
