Using a generative upscaling platform to rescue visuals that are too small or too blurred

A client visual arrives in low resolution. An archive photograph is blurred. An image from a legacy library will not hold the intended display size. Enlarging without the right tool produces soft edges and dirty flat areas. Generative upscaling platforms invent detail, and that invented detail must be closely controlled.

These 14 hours focus on a platform specialising in image upscaling and enhancement. Participants learn to balance settings between fidelity to the source and invented detail, to steer the output through a written description and to compare several passes. They then integrate these images into their deliverables.

Teaching methods

Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
