Description
Anti-Bribery Compliance for Non-Specialists: Spot, Decide, Report
Recognise a high-risk situation in your day-to-day work and know who to escalate it to
- 1 day — 7 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Employees who negotiate, buy, travel or respond to tenders regularly encounter ambiguous situations without identifying them as such: an unusually generous invitation, a consultant imposed by the client, an invoice whose purpose remains vague. Without clear reference points, they decide alone.
This short programme is designed for professionals who are not compliance specialists. It provides a shared vocabulary, describes the most frequent situations and instils three reflexes: verify before accepting, document what is decided, escalate what feels wrong. Everything remains focused on decisions taken at the workstation.
Learning objectives
- Name the main integrity breaches encountered in business life
- Identify the high-risk situations specific to your own role
- Apply a decision rule when offered a gift or an invitation
- Document a sensitive transaction so that it can be accounted for
- Use your organisation's escalation channel and reporting mechanism
