Artificial intelligence tools enter organisations through everyday use long before they appear in any internal policy. One department trials an assistant on customer data, another automates a first screening of job applications. The questions come afterwards: who answers for a decision produced by a model, and what becomes of the data entrusted to the provider.

This one-day introduction provides usable reference points without any prior legal background: the obligations that apply depending on the use case, personal data protection, the status of generated content, and questions of bias and transparency. It closes with the outline of an internal acceptable-use charter.

Teaching methods

Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
