Description
Artificial Intelligence in HR: Exploring Use Cases, Experimenting and Setting Boundaries
Two days to move beyond individual trial and error and establish agreed practices across an HR team
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
HR teams are already using conversational assistants to draft a job advert or write up meeting notes, and everyone does it their own way. Some paste extracts from individual employee files into these tools. Management expects productivity gains without having set any boundaries, and results vary widely from one team member to the next.
These 14 hours cover cross-functional HR activities, excluding payroll and recruitment which are addressed separately. Participants identify the tasks where assistance delivers a genuine gain, learn to frame a precise request and verify the output, test use cases in personnel administration and learning, then define which data must never leave the organisation.
Learning objectives
- Identify the HR activities where an assistant delivers a measurable time saving
- Frame a precise request and obtain a usable output
- Verify AI-assisted output before any professional use
- Classify HR data according to what may be submitted to an external tool
- Run a short experiment and draw a clear decision from it
