The buyer wants a remediation cost estimate that nobody is able to provide. Between the consultancy, the operator and the developer, everyone speaks a different language and the project stalls.

Two days, in person or virtual, to take such a file in hand. You follow the logic of the investigation phases and know what each study delivers. You interpret analytical results against the intended use of the land. You compare remediation techniques and the conditions in which each applies. Finally, you secure the control of future uses and the transfer of information.

Teaching methods

Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.

One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
