Description

Content Creation with AI: Structuring, Adapting and Scaling Your Output

Two days to move beyond generic output and produce series of materials that hold a consistent line

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

The first experiments were convincing, but production remains artisanal: every text starts from an instruction rewritten from memory, the tone shifts from one asset to the next, and generated visuals bear little resemblance to those produced the week before. The time saved on drafting is lost again in rework and proofreading.

These 14 hours are designed for users already familiar with generative tools. Participants learn to capture their editorial line in reusable instructions, to adapt a single piece of content across several formats, to maintain visual consistency between generated images, and to organise a production chain with proper review and sign-off.

Learning objectives

  • Capture an editorial line in reusable instructions
  • Adapt a reference piece of content across several distribution formats
  • Maintain visual consistency across generated images
  • Organise a production chain with review and sign-off
  • Control risks linked to rights and inaccurate information

What makes this programme different

A library of instructions built from the participant's own content
A series of materials adapted during the session across three different formats
A review grid covering tone, accuracy and mandatory disclosures
