Bringing an outside contractor onto your site creates risks that neither party can control alone: simultaneous operations, interference between work activities, instructions poorly passed on to crews that change from one week to the next. The contractor safety plan is too often reduced to a form signed at reception on the morning the work begins.

Over two days, this programme makes the process operational: preparing the works, conducting the joint prior site inspection, analysing interference risks, drafting the plan, inducting contractor personnel and monitoring activity while the work is under way. Each participant works on a real intervention planned on their own site.

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
