Faced with a blank page or a problem that keeps resisting, most people produce three ideas and then stop. Established working habits, the fear of looking foolish and constant urgency push unusual options aside before they are even voiced. The result is a stock of already familiar solutions and the feeling of going round in circles.

Two days devoted to developing your own creative capability rather than to facilitating workshops: identifying what blocks idea generation, practising divergent thinking techniques, selecting options without crushing the fragile ones and converting a chosen idea into a first action. All exercises are based on real professional topics brought by participants.

  • Keep generation and evaluation strictly separate

4Making It Real

Making an idea defensible

  • Refine the selected idea until it is clearly understandable
  • Anticipate the objections you can expect
  • Identify a first feasible trial
  • Present the proposal to a decision-maker

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
