Description
CSR: Understanding the Issues, Identifying the Levers and Launching an Approach
Clarify what corporate social responsibility actually covers and spot the first levers available within your organisation
- 0.24 days — 1.67 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
CSR reaches organisations through very different routes: a client sending a supplier questionnaire, a tender that imposes sustainability criteria, employees questioning the purpose of their work. Without shared reference points, the effort often shrinks to a handful of isolated initiatives that nobody connects.
A short module of under two hours to establish the vocabulary, position the three dimensions of social responsibility and identify the levers accessible within your own remit. The session closes with the identification of realistic first actions to carry forward in your organisation.
Learning objectives
- Define the scope of corporate social responsibility
- Distinguish the environmental, social and governance dimensions
- Identify the expectations expressed by stakeholders
- Identify the levers that can be activated within your own remit
- Formulate a first action to launch in the short term
