DevOps Foundation: Connecting Teams, Tooling the Pipeline and Stabilising Releases

Break down the wall between development and operations to release more often without compromising stability

Development is speeding up while production releases remain rare and risky. Every release takes up a full evening, incidents are resolved under pressure and the two teams pass responsibility back and forth. The issue lies less in the tooling than in the way work flows from one end of the chain to the other.

Three days to establish the DevOps vocabulary and, above all, to apply it to an existing delivery chain. Participants map their current flow, identify bottlenecks and design the target pipeline along with the indicators that will measure its impact.

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
