Description
Digital Organisation: Filtering, Automating and Mastering Your Information Flow
Take back control of your inbox, your notifications and your tools instead of being driven by them
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Work is fragmented by constant notifications and an inbox that never empties. You move from one tool to the next without ever completing a task, while useful information disappears between chat threads and shared drives. The pressure you feel comes less from the volume of work than from this permanent dispersion.
Two days to bring order back to your digital environment: processing your inbox with a clear method, configuring your notifications, centralising tasks and notes, automating repetitive handling and organising your professional monitoring. Each participant applies the method to their own mailbox and their own tools.
Learning objectives
- Apply a systematic method for processing your inbox
- Configure your notifications to protect periods of deep focus
- Centralise your tasks and notes in a single tool
- Automate repetitive day-to-day handling
- Organise professional monitoring without spending whole days on it
