Description

Financial Communication: Building Messages, Publishing and Engaging with the Market

Manage the financial information of a listed company and prepare credible dialogue with investors and analysts

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

A listed company speaks continuously to analysts, investors and journalists who compare its disclosures from one quarter to the next. Any gap between the narrative and the published figures is paid for in credibility, and results preparation is often carried out under pressure, between the closing of the accounts and calendar constraints.

Two days to structure the financial communication framework, build the messages around results and prepare market engagements. Participants work on real disclosures from listed companies and leave with a publication preparation template.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the recipients of financial information and their respective expectations
  • Build the key messages of a results disclosure
  • Align the financial report with presentation materials
  • Prepare an analyst meeting and the questions to be expected
  • Organise internal coordination around the disclosure calendar

What makes this programme different
