FMEA: Conducting the Analysis, Rating Criticality and Improving Process Reliability

Failures keep recurring and no one knows which ones to address first. Action plans list everything and resources are spread too thinly. The genuinely critical risks remain at the same level from one audit to the next. Analyses carried out after an incident arrive too late and cost considerably more than the prevention they should have replaced.

This short programme establishes FMEA as a method of anticipation. Participants learn to break down the system under review and to describe failure modes, effects and causes. They then rate severity, occurrence and detection, and convert the resulting criticality score into prioritised actions that are tracked over time.

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
