A first inventory has been produced and nobody can say how much it is worth. Activity data comes from inconsistent sources. The emission factors used are not documented. From one year to the next, variations are explained more by changes in method than by actual reduction measures.

A one-day programme, in-person or virtual, designed for practitioners. You consolidate the definition of the reporting boundary and the collection of activity data. You work on the selection and traceability of emission factors as well as the treatment of uncertainty. You build a quantified reduction plan and a recalculation method that makes reporting years genuinely comparable.

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
