Description
Group Supervision for Coaches: Analysing Practice, Progressing and Preparing for Credentialing
A regular forum in which to bring demanding client situations and move your credential application forward
- 5 days — 35 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Coaches work alone with situations that carry real responsibility: a client who stops progressing, a sponsor who wants to know more, a request that falls outside the agreed scope. Without a space for analysis, the same difficulties recur and blind spots remain. Preparing for a professional credential adds its own demands for documentation and evidence.
Five days spread over time to bring real situations to a supervised group and, in parallel, to build your application file. Each session alternates between analysis of cases brought by participants and work on the evidence to be assembled. The group remains the same from one session to the next.
Learning objectives
- Present a challenging coaching situation using a structured format
- Analyse your practice with the perspective of the group and the supervisor
- Identify your recurring patterns within the coaching relationship
- Address the ethical questions encountered with clients
- Assemble and formalise the evidence required for your credential application
