Description

HTML 5: Structuring a Page, Integrating Content and Publishing Your Site

Two days to write your own page code and stop waiting on an agency for every correction

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Changing a heading, adding a table or fixing a link means raising a ticket with an external provider. Content pasted from a word processor breaks the layout, and no one in the team can read the source code to understand where the problem comes from.

These 14 hours build genuine autonomy on page structure. Participants write the code of a complete page, organise content with the appropriate tags, integrate images, tables and forms, apply simple styling, then publish the page online and check how it displays.

Learning objectives

  • Write the structure of a web page using the appropriate tags
  • Organise content into headings, lists, tables and links
  • Integrate images and multimedia elements into a page
  • Build a form and control its input fields
  • Apply styling using a style sheet
  • Publish a page online and check its display on mobile devices

What makes this programme different

A complete page written line by line and published during the session
