An information system is built in successive layers: packaged software, business applications, online services, data warehouses. Exchanges multiply in the form of overnight file transfers, interface calls and replications. When a figure is wrong at the end of the chain, no one can say where it was corrupted or who is accountable for it.

This one-day programme addresses the structuring of exchanges: flow mapping, choosing between batch processing and real-time exchange, the role of integration buses and gateways, interface contracts, rejection handling and monitoring. Participants map a real application perimeter and define the corresponding target exchange architecture.

Teaching methods

Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.

One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
