Integrated QHSE Management: Aligning Standards, Driving the System and Reporting

Three systems often coexist within the same organisation: a quality manual, a safety binder and environmental files kept separately. The same requirements are addressed three times over and internal audits follow one another with no coordination. The manager spends more time maintaining documents than improving results.

A five-hour-fifteen virtual session to set out the architecture of an integrated system: common ground across the standards, consolidation of support processes, a single steering framework and a combined management review. The short format focuses on overall structure and trade-off decisions rather than hands-on tool practice.

Prerequisites

Prior working knowledge of at least one quality, health and safety or environmental management standard is expected.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
