ISO 50001 in Practice: Structuring, Measuring and Managing Energy Performance

Energy costs keep rising while savings measures are decided case by case. Consumption data sits scattered between maintenance and finance. Without an energy baseline, no one can demonstrate what a given measure actually delivered. Investment cases are then difficult to defend before senior management.

These 14 hours are designed for professionals who already understand management system thinking and want to apply it to energy. Participants conduct an energy review, identify significant energy uses, build performance indicators and an energy baseline, then develop an action plan. They learn to demonstrate savings rather than simply announce them.

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
