Configure Jira projects and automate repetitive tasks without breaking what already works

Using Jira is one thing, configuring it is another. Requests pile up for whoever administers the projects: add a field, change a status, open a project to a new team. Every intervention touches shared schemes and can degrade projects that were working perfectly the day before.

This programme extends everyday use of the tool into its configuration. Two days to work on workflows, screens and fields, manage permissions and roles, build automation rules, then verify the effect of a change before it goes live. All handling is carried out first on a sandbox project.

Before the programme

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
